Voidspace Recovery Hotline
Occasionally when you're all alone, opening a door will lead you to an unexpected area. This area is called Voidspace.
Luckily there's a toll-free number you can call for help. The Voidspace Recovery Hotline is a service dedicated to walking you through the steps to escape Voidspace and return to the normal world.
In this co-op puzzle game, two players will work together to traverse five increasingly difficult symbol-based puzzles. One player acts as the caller, while the other acts as the operator. The caller must describe the symbols on a set of doors in front of them to the operator, who can't see the doors or symbols. Using the info provided by the caller and their handy Symbol Enchiridion, the operator must determine which symbols the caller is faced with and which order the doors must be opened in. If you make the wrong choice or waste too much time, you'll be face to face with the entity that lives behind the doors.
The operator's Voidspace Enchiridion is a separate document that must be downloaded and viewed on another device so that the caller and operator can not see each other's information.
You can find the download for the Voidspace Enchiridion PDF below.
(This was a small project finished too late for a gamejam, but we thought it was pretty fun!)

Interesting idea overall, but needs a bit of polish. The colors aren't nearly distinct enough, and sometimes we failed even when we were certain we had it right after double checking our notes. Overall not a bad 5 minutes.
Hey, thanks for playing! This was our first project in Godot and we're still getting the hang of it. Your feedback is much appreciated! You're right about the colors, it was an issue with the fog and lighting, but it should be fixed now. Regarding the order of the symbols, we're not sure exactly what happened but we've adjusted some symbols to hopefully avoid future issues. We'll look into it further though! Thanks for the feedback, stay tuned for more games :)
